Am in Canda at the moment, and got to shoot the National team in an Olympic qualifier. Very high level stuff! Hard to shoot due to backgrounds and low light.
Good shot this one, in difficult conditions-
I wonder if halving the shutter speed again would have been enough to freeze the motion in her face-
Was this a very long lens?
And part of a sequence?

Thanks!
That was a 200mm lens (70-200 at the long end), F2.8, ISO 3200, 1/800 ( I think). she was somewhere betweek falling and sliding, and I’m suprised that I
got blur, even in the ball. Not much scope for a faster shutter speed as ISO 6400 gives me too much noise. I think I’ve focused a little further back than her face, so mayby her face is a little OOF.
