Don’t get me wrong I do like the colour version as it realy emphasises the rust.
I’m just a huge fan of B+W, i think in this case the colour version works better.
again cool shot.

I think I preffer the color version on this one actually although the B&W also works well… perhaps a case of personal prefference!

Colour for me too Egg. Black and white is okay..but the colours make it something a bit more special. Even though these shots look heavily post edited and artistic, I like ’em. Generally I’m not a fan of photographs that stray into the abstract art genre, but I think these shots of yours retain enough realism and enough of the orginal image to make them interesting to me.

Must check out that tutorial and give this a try sometime.

I’m in the same boat myself…and loving it…it’s frustrating at times, but ultimately rewarding I find :D
