Walking the dog

ciaranParticipant
Out for the morning paper… throw the slippers on and kill two birds with one stone by walking the dogs. The problem is, the walk back home is just too much effort. He doesn’t want to budge
jb7ParticipantElliot Erwitt would be proud of you-
Some small things in the frame which would take away from the perfection of it,
but brilliant nonetheless-j
RobMemberExcellent Ciaran. Great composition, conversion and
superb crop. I especially like the almost perfect diagonal
bisection of the frame by the dog’s lead. Classic.Rob.
ExpresbroParticipantExcellent Ciaran!!…a great scene you caught there. It just made me smile when I saw it. Everything about it is classic street photography..just a random moment brilliantly captured.
Love it!!
MartinParticipantGreat picture really like it made me laugh when i first saw it which is good. Don’t mean to be rude but if you did not tell us that the dog was refusing to walk i would have thought the dog was trying to have a crap and the owner was dragging him along in an aim to stop the dog from crapping :-)
Really nice well done
MGrahamBParticipantGreat shot Ciaran. I hope the walker has a pooper scooper hidden somewhere.
MikeanywhereParticipantI totally agree with Martin as I thought the guy was the trying to pull the dog along whilst its trying have a dump. Great shot and it did make me chuckle especially as being an ex dog owner “been there, done that” kinda thing. :D
ExpresbroParticipantHehehe!!
You could rename it “A dogs gotta do what a dogs gotta doodoo” …
stcstcMemberwhat i really like about this image is two things
1. the expression on the persons face as if to say come on i am in my slippers i want to go home
2. even better is the face of the other dog, almost like, jeeeez we cant take you anywhere or can you not just wait till we’re home

Glad you found it Robbie,
especially since I spelled his name wrong…j
ExpresbroParticipantAh well that’s the great thing about Google..it doesn’t worry about dropped t’s or the like… :D
Be worth a visit to any street fans…and anyone looking to put a smile on their faces. I love the one of the horses legs in the midst of all the bathers…
ExpresbroParticipantActually…you shouldn’t feel too bad Joseph. His own website spells his name wrong too…check out the title on the tab…hehehe!!
ciaranParticipantCheers everyone.
If the dog having a poo is what makes this shot work then I’m perfectly happy for that to be the story being told :) Thanks for commenting.
