    Hi covery – nice image.
Its a shame that the person sitting down is so underexposd – obviously because they are in the shade.
maybe a small bit of fill flash might have worked here…

Agree that the shadows, whilst lending a slightly interesting affect in some parts, are also a little annoying in others. Plus the chopped feel to the bottom portion doesn’t help. :(

It’s an intersting shot, especially the woman in the background, I wonder would she make a decent study on her own, if cropped

The woman sitting down in the shadows could be brought out with a little bit of dodging in the darkroom / Photoshop.

    Hi Tommie,

I have looked at this photograph a few times now and I must say
that I have found it very interesting.

The scene is good and the 3 main characters stoke my interest.

At first I thought the seated person may have been in a wheelchair
but I think I see portions of a bench.

The background figure is fascinating in that she seems to be somewhat
engaged in what is happening yet not.

The character on the right is also fascinating to me.
His clothes and general style are not what we would see every days on our streets.
He is carrying what looks like a guitar on his back.
Is he a busker or a well known musician ………..

I did find the composition odd in that I would have liked if more of
the seated person had been included and thus more of the RH person.
Of course only you will know why it is composed or cropped this way
and there may be a very good reason.

As you can see the photograph made me think a bit which is good.

    Well done.

    John.
