Weekend Eggs Benedict

Two Plates of my Eggs Benedict~(not traditional but my way)
Ingredients: English Muffin topped with smashed sausage, poached egg, fresh steamed spinach, tomato, hollandaise and fresh chive. Fried garlicky potatoes and stwaberries too.

As I do this…I am really starting to realise how often I cook with eggs..so far in a week..I’ve posted omelettes..poached and boiled!
