Weekend shots – Ostrich, Bull & Peacock

Hi All, Got back to nature this weekend and tried a few animal/bird shots. Ran after taking no.3. Comments welcome as always.

1st one is very nice indeed. I like the tight framing. Never saw a peacock with it’s feathers up in person.

I think the 2nd one is an Emu.

Love framing and composition of one and two
The light seems a bit dark on the bulls face to see the detail in 3, but i doubt he’d have turned for you if you asked… Brave shot

Lovely colour in the peacock photo. I like the nice tight composition too.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. Could indeed be an Emu. Peacock was great to see with feathers extended, but I had to take the shot through netwire had to crop the blurred bits of wire out, and I did ask the bull to turn and he did……..towards me!
