Hi,
I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on this forum a week or two ago. Been hanging out looking at peoples constructive critics and opinions and it’s been very friendly and open. The way it should be, and it’s Irish too. Me, I started with a Minolta 7000 about 10 years ago, played about with it for a while until a busy life took over until I got a Dynax 7 off eBay at Christmas 2005 and have been enjoying taking photo’s since. I suppose it’s only a matter of time before I go for the new Sony A100.
I’m starting a Level 2 City & Guilds photography course in September and am really looking forward to it all. Hope to post a couple of photo’s on here for peoples opinion when I get a chance.Welcome Brian – I just discovered this forum yesterday and its quite addictive!
Are you doing your course in Dublin? I posted a question yesterday on the courses thread looking for a decent course…perhaps you have some advice?hi paperdoll,
No I’m doing my course up north in Belfast. Although from Dublin been in Belfast for 5 years now. Try emailing C&G to find any centres doing the course in Dublin ( irelandcityandguilds.com). There’s also a good course run by Amateur Photography magezine goto (http://www.amateurphotographer.com) and check out the forum on the course.
