Good shot Pat, I love the effect of the car lights and the street lights, again very sharp, well done.

Looks like you had fun. I’ve wanted to do light trails for years but never got my a**e in gear to do it.
This looks like a good camera Pat but obviously it’s who’s behind it that makes the difference. What I find interesting is the number of rays from the lights. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but the number of rays is an indication of the number of shutter blades in the lens? This seems to be well stacked, if so.

Looks a great pic Pat. Would love to try on of these shots. Keep using the excuse that my camera is sh**e at night-time but I’m probably just too lazy too. Looks a good camera though.

    Nice one Pat,
Next time do you think that you could place the red lights on the lhs of camera and white lihgts on the rhs of camera :)

Nothing at all wrong with the E500 – I’ve used nothing else up until
recently. A slightly cooler white balance might take away some of the
yellow which is a little strong here. Which lens is this with?

Thanks guys one and all for your comments, much appreciated as always.

Rob. Just finding my way around it, but will try that W/B setting.. the lens is an Oly’ 17.5-45mm 1:3.5-5.6.

    Thanks again..

    Pat
