Good action shots Sean, #2 I like best.. you’d think Mick Wallace hadn’t a bob.

He hasn’t…it’s more of an off the shoulder wild look but definately not a bob.

Nice shots. Good to see Shels struggling 8)

First shot is not fully in focus on the players and I can’t see the larger version of the second shot. I think it’d be better to crop some off the right of the third one to centralise a little more on the ball going in. Them pink jerseys  are terribly distracting. Keeper maybe looks a little OOF but this may be just because of shutter speed not fast enough to catch his movement. Dunno.

Nice set. Great to see some EL pix up here. Keep it up.

Its very hard to take images under low lighting, i know myself after doing 3 games at WY, the lighting is VERY BAD

Like taking photos under candle light!

Ah I know that. I’m just a bit spoiled though. The fella that does the Pats games has a Nikon D3 and some mad lens on it and the pix he gets of the matches are unbelievably sharp. Enough to mke you cry when you look at the price of the bleedin thing though.

Some of his pix are here

You might actually find some better soccer images here.

I’m looking forward to the Sporting Fingal V Shelbourne game. I’ll be there covering that.[/url]

Thanks lads……1st pic I tried to keep focus on the keeper as I expected him to dive. The lights are bad at Ferrycarrig Park as the council made Mick Wallace adjust them, but not having a fast lens dosen`t help. These pic`s I took in Turners Cross at the Irish Under 19 game were better and from the stand. My son got his first cap.
