JohndavedunneParticipantI’ve been known to hang out of the odd rock in my spare time.
And now winter is approaching, the snowboard season has started so day trips to the mountains will be just what the doctor ordered.
Edit: I forgot to add that I am an engineer by day but I try to forget that when I can.

mervifwdcParticipantI work in the software game in Dublin, commute to London more than is healthy. My main hobby is (was?) 4×4 cepetitive driving (trials and challenges), and it’s moving more and more to Photography being the main hobby. My only real indulgance is serious photo / 4×4 holidays once per year, to somewhere nice.

joe_elwayParticipantI’m an IT contractor, mostly in the MS field. I tend to wrok with the latest stuff so I have to keep up to speed. Next year is a big one for new MS products so I’ve been mostly learning new stuff. I’ve started my own blog (http://joeelway.spaces.live.com/) to document lots of new stuff, IT news, etc… it’s there mainly as a bolt-on to my CV. I’m fairly active on an IT/MS Support forum too.
If I’m not commuting, I’m studying. And when i get a chance, I’m out with the camera but that’s become all too rare as of late. No work lined up for next month so I’m hoping to get some shooting done.
PolMacMemberA lot of IT people on this site…
I currently work as an Infrastructure ArchitectProject lead for an Irish company with 20k employees. Been fairly busy in the past year, been told expect worse next year… I am slowly rekindling my passion in photography…

ExpresbroParticipantPretty uneventful life compared to some of you guys :D
Work in an office for a cable installations company. Spend most of my day staring at a PC monitor…running reports etc…but do get time to surf ..more and more of it spent browsing this site  Leisure time is taken up with learning and practising my new found passion..photography…I play guitar and sing …am a member of a local musical society and I listen to music almost constantly…I don’t do sports…and am in dire need of a fitness regime which I keep promising myself will start soon. I read a lot…all kinds of stuff…when I become passionate about a subject I tend to immerse myself in it. Hence the big pile of Photography books checked out of the library today!! When I’m not working or exploring my interests I’m a Dad and Hubby. I’ve handed down my previous Olympus camera to my son in the hopes that he’ll develop an interest too…and hopefully next year he’ll get my S5600 when I get my Nikon D80 … :D
Anyway..that’s me in a nutshell…sorta
