what inspires you?

what makes you get up and think ‘i soooo want to shoot something today’ ?
for me it always changes, can be a girlfriend, a film, a song, a book, a painting sometimes even a photograph ;-)
so indulge me … what was the last thing you saw/heard/read/kissed :-) .. that made you want to pick up the camera

Usually my girlfriend, cause she usually pushes me out of my laziness by making me go for a drive or something.
Also when i read Photography books or something I just get big bursts of inspiration.
But thats only the most common two, inspiration can hit me at any time in any situation. Like just seeing something and thinkin that would make a great picture!
EDIT: And music too! Thats a huge inspiration for me. Actually, whenever Im going to take some pics, i always have either some Pearl Jam, Damien Rice or The Frames on.

You Know , I’ve been thinking about that, and I might just fancy a steak sandwich in Navan on the 12th-

What normally inspires me is the ability to create something different, this could be the last line of a manuscript, the opening lines of a poem, doing something not for me!!!
…….what really inspires me is a smile…

i always think you see the best and shoot the best when you are moved .. either sad or happy .. just moved, and a myriad of things can do that to you.
