EddieParticipantEddieParticipantA white bicycle, reminded me of a song by Scottish band Nazareth My White Bicycle Dan McCafferty, just had to photograph it. Its a popular ringtone now. Usual story, Holga .Ilford. Neopan 400 developed in Rodinal.
My white bicycle, my white bicycle
Riding all around the street
Four oclock and theyre all asleep
Im not tired and its so late
Moving fast everything looks great. My white bicycle, my white bicycle
See that man, hes all alone
Looks so happy but hes far from home
Ring my bell, smile at him
Better kick over his garbage binMy white bicycle, my white bicycle
The rain comes down but I dont care
The wind is blowing in my hair
Seagulls flying in the airMy white bicycle
Lead:
Policeman shouts but I dont see him
Theyre one thing I dont believe in
Find some judge, but its not leavinLift both hands, his head in disgrace
Shines no light upon my face
Through the darkness, we still speed
My white bicycle and meMy white bicycle, my white bicycle
FlipflipParticipantI really like the second Paris shot alot more. Dunno why!
The bike shot is good too, it doesnt look like it was taken on a Holga at all. Very sharp!
Good shot though too!
jb7ParticipantGood shot of the bike,
though I had never imagined it as a step-through.I did prefer their cover of ‘This Flight Tonight’ though.

JohnnyMcMillanParticipantJokerParticipantI haven’t read all this thread, but the photo I have seen are the kinda thing I want from a photo.
I’m not a big fan of digital, but it’s quick and easy.
I’m going to have to get one of these bad boys and see what its like, but how easy is it to get film for it and get the film processed?FlipflipParticipantTheyre the job.
Film is handy enough to come by. i mean you probably wont find it in your local chemist. But its for sale in most camera shops.
As for processing, this can be a pain in the hole. Most 1 hours labs wont do it, even if it is C41(it wont be in done in an hour but you know what I mean), and theyll try to get ya to send it away with spectra photo or something. Im lucky in that Sam McCauleys chemist in waterford will process it no problem in a day. I dunno if many other places do though.
EddieParticipantFlipflipParticipantCool. Very dark.
Just got a role back yesterday.
as usual, apologies for the poor scan quality.
Im trying the 35mm Holga mod today. Just loaded up my film. Cant wait to see how it turns out!
JokerParticipantEddieParticipantAntique Shop Sth Richmond St, Dublin. Holga.
