Wrong thread Ken…
I’m not sure if there’s a forum for discussing your sex life… but this certainly isn’t the place.
J
Very good, just fell off the chair with laughter :D

Unless he is suggesting that I had a tripod set up with a camera release….While having sex? 8)
kenhParticipantNow John, say thank you; this is the second time I have rescued a sleep inducing thread!
nfl-fanParticipantAs I said Ken… probably not the best place for this sort of discussion… but if you need it to waken up then I might suggest trying those little blue pills
irishshaguaParticipantRain is mad in Celbridge today. The village is flooded. Loads of the sewers are after bursting and… well, lets just say the village doesn’t smell the best at the moment.
And of course the professionals want to document all this as well. Is that what camera is being used for Portrait photography these days?
Alan RossiterParticipantEven here in the sunny south east we’re getting enough rain to turn the grass green!!
Mick451ParticipantJust spent the last 3 hours trying to find a way home that avoided flooded roads.
Local river’s bursted, ditches breeched, trees down and every damned access road to our place in flooded to at least two feet.
Ended up abandoning the car a mile away and carrying the wee fella through 75 yards of two and a half feet of water.
Neighbour came out to drive us home once we were on t’other side.
Jack, naturally, slept through the whole thing.
Bless.shutterbugParticipantDont know what happened to Wicklow then we barely had a drop
yesterday, that first shot reminds me of the back lot ride in Universal
Studios when the flood comes down the hill at you :)richiehatchMemberWas shooting a house just outside Cellbridge yesterday morning and on until about 1pm ish… missed all the floods and rain thankfully. Then I had another in Clontarf and again I missed the rain. Just, I can tell ye. When I left the house there was a cloud above me that reminded me of Independence Day…! Feck me the heavens opened…! I then had to nip over to Stillorgan and then back to Drogheda. Within the 45 mins it took me to get from Clontarf to Stillorgan the city was f**ked…! Thought I’d do the clever thing and avoid the floods by nipping through the port tunnel…. feckers shut it in front of me…. Thankfully… I was listening to the updates on Newstalk and it sounded like my route home was blocked. Took the risk of heading out towards Malahide and then towards Swords, avoiding the Airport (flooded at the M1)..! It took me twice as long as normal but I got home. The SatNav brought me through some estate on The North side that was seriously flooded… about 400mm of water at least. I managed to get through it but the car behind got stuck. It was the heaviest rain I have ever witnessed…. at times I had to stop because of it…! Crazy…
Any pics of the flooded Dublin anyone…? I missed the news last night…!

BMParticipantnfl-fanParticipantFlood Warning for tonight here in Leinster and other parts of the country… told to expect some thunder too… not sure WTF is going on… but for August this just ain’t right.
aoluainParticipantRain, Rain, Rain,
Plenty more of it today (mon 11 aug) in Galway . . .
and more of the same for the rest of the week!5 H 1 t 3
ExpresbroParticipantWell that’s where I’ve been the last 4 or 5 weeks..building myself an arc…cos some guy with a placard in O’Connell Street warned me that the end is nigh…
According to the right wing conservative lobbies, global warming is just another red herring, despite all the evidence to the contrary.
Typical though that even when the sh1t comes down, we get the rubbish end of the stick…some chance of us getting the heatwaves.,..heheh!!
