What type of spider is this????

Anyone got an idea of what type of spider this is. Not great pictures but damn did that thing move fast.

Its a house spider John, Tegenaria species and they seem to get bigger at this time of year,
and yes they move quick….but not as quick as me when I see one!shutterbug wrote:
