What’s in your camera bag right now ?

Just looking at your camera load makes my shoulder ache sympathetically :)

    My current bag is much the same as previously;

    Leica M3
    Voigtlander 50mm f1.1
Several rolls TriX (Arista Premium 400)
    Sekonic L208 meter
    Sekonic L758 meter
    + yellow filter

Filters are a new territory for me, so I’m interested to see the subtle impact of the yellow filter on my images. I’m sure it will be joined soon enough by a 3-stop ND filter too.

Trying to get used to the L758 when shooting 35mm, and in a change from my usual quick and dirty incident metering with the tiny L208, am hoping to utilise the L758’s spotmeter to ensure more consistent shadow detail in my negs. Seems odd carrying two meters for use with one camera, but the L208 is tiny :)

if you are housing everything in a Domke F-5XA as well, that would be eerie :)

Luckily I am using a Bare Bones Bag Stealth (with custom badly sewn on buckle). If we both using the Domke, imagine the embarrassment. One of us would have had to go home to change.

Phew – that would have been a tragedy! :)

Very nice, Mark. The voigtlander is very well regarded, and believe Dave Dunne shoots with one on his M2.

My camera bag has been quite consistent these last few weeks, and quite digital:

    Nikon D80
    Nikon 16-85 VR
    Nikon 35mm f2
    Spare Battery
    Spare memory card
    Lens cloth

I’m hearing the siren call of my M3 though, and anticipate a lot of catching up with it, as soon as I’m back shooting on my own time :)
