Feck, the horizon is…..oops. ;-) I like it. I think just a little more sky would balance it up for me. The colours are very rich and warm. I also like the fact that there is detail in the shadows. On a shot like this it add depth.

I agree with you there regarding the sky. I’ve uploaded a better version. There is slightly more sky and it is less washed out than previous.
Do a refresh to see it. Thanks for the suggestion.

The horizon is a hill….
and hills usually aren’t flat. Usually.Carl, keep the guns in the holsters, we will shoot our way out if we have to. Our cunning plan may not be so cunning.

Nice simple shot showing how a pattern can make it for you. Getting the light and knowing what do do with it didn’t hurt either. Nice one!
