Yes, think Israel is a good guess. Maybe the pattern in the tiles suggest this?
Don’t think its Tel Aviv, I’ll withdraw that guess since I think its an Arab star rather than a Jewish one…..If the star is a clue then maybe Andalucia, perhaps Seville, though since thats my 3rd guess I don’t know if it counts.
