OK, heres a monument to a very talented chap. One of the (if not the) most famous men to come from his country.
Name the city & the man.

I should clarify – when I say one of the most famous men to come out of this country, I didn’t mean ‘this country’ as in Ireland. I meant the country where the monument resides (which is not ireland). I’ll edit the post and remove the t in this!
