As some of you know, I have my own motorsport photography website and we supply prints to Competitors. I have sold a few but im not too happy with colours/quality. I get them printed in a local store and my photo’s come out darker and different to what I have on my computer. Anyone know or had any experiences with a few sites like photobox and snapfish ?
I’ve used photobox in the past and was happy with the results. Probably best though if you have a calibrated screen
so you should get what you see on the screen…
You could also go the route of using 360-dpi here on the site. Excellent quality prints. member is stcstc.
I’ve used Snapfish for a few novelty gifts stuff and was very happy with them and I have used Foto.com (http://ie.foto.com” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;) a few times and the results and price have always been excellent. I have got a few canvas prints done with Upload.com and I have found their quality and price very good too.
If you are looking for high quality prints for putting on the wall or as gifts then I would certainly recommend stcstc. He does an excellent job and is generous with his advice and help. He has a place in Dun Laoghaire – http://www.360-dpi.com” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false; and is well worth talking to.
