hey. i’m hoping to enter the Student Media Awards this year under the sports photography section. It requires 3 photos to be submitted. Would love to get all of your opinions and feed back so heres the link:

These three instantly jump out at me from the rest of the pack

Nice shots on tyour flickr although you’ll probably get more responses if you dwindle down the numbers and post some shots in your link. People can be finicky about going through links to view your photos.

Ok, my three likes from those images –

1) garda college’s barry nugent jumping for the ball followed by ucc’s aidan quilligan and dara mcsweeney.crop
2) UCC’s Will O’ Donovan having his hair pulled by Clonakilty’s Mike O’ Hea last saturday
3) UCC Demon’s Niall Murphy fights for the ball with Limerick Lion’s Kiah Thomas at the Mardyke last Friday night.

With 1), shame about the line in the background.

Shame for the rugby images that the line isn’t clearer, it would make it more dramatic.
