for me….its 3. Nice ‘grainy’ effect also.
2 & 3 are probably better compositions. No.1 may have been the best choice -standing back a little – and having it fill 10-20% of the frame on a third intersection. Not always possible i know.

I think No.3 as well. The black & white and granularity really give it a stronger essence of neglect.
Im sorry this is my first post .Neither for me as this is in good working order .The Celtic tiger ignored this but a little grease and off wee go..Not derilect but waiting for hands ..
