Whooper Swan Inflight

My first Whooper Swan inflight image, photographed as it flew along Northern Irelands Lough Neagh Shoreline which is frozen solid atm and covered with very dense freezing fog. The fog was a bonus but also a pain in the butt as it looks like noise in the image, but im just glad to have the shot.
I have seen images similar to this on tv and in books and always admired them, now I have my own im tickled pink.
Only editing was to convert to jpg for web viewing.Hope others will like this one.

Lovely shot, nice atmosphere to it. There’s something about swans that conjur up images of migration and winter and this sums that up nicely.
