Well I’m laid back and placid if the truth be known.

Aged 44, I bought my first SLR Camera last March ( EOS 450D) with the express intention only to photograph horses jumping.

I have happily discovered it can do so much more.

I’m probably 0.001% up the ladder on the huge ‘photography’ learning curve – and I’m very happy to be a member of this site and in the members Flickr group.

I have HUGE ears and listen to everything…..and am an avid reader of both “Practical Photography’ and ‘Digital SLR Photography’ magazine. Both best by far.
