Nice light for a few minutes this evening so I revisited the windfarm in Carne.

awesome light you have there faye! i love the windmills in there.. the symmetry is fantastic as well.. a little comment on the foreground it maybe a little too big you can experiment by scrolling in the image downwards.. i think this can also work with a bit of the lower part cropped.

    Hi Karlo,

I appreciate you taking the time to comment.

Yes I have a version where I cropped to just below the roadway which looked fine too.
I just thought I was losing the nicely lit grassy area.

    Many thanks.

I agee with Gorio. The lighting and timing are spot on, but a sliver off the bottom makes it better IMO.

    Beautiful light is right,

John I like the cropped version better,
the foreground wasnt doing much for it.

    Veery nice.

Beautiful image John and great light The 1/3 sec bringing movement to the
    turbines works really well.

Just something on the left horizon a bit distracting, maybe the clone tool?….John!

Good job John. The panorama works best for me. Anyhow, well spotted !

    Hi Alan, John and loustalotphotography,

    Your comments are much appreciated.

John: Do you mean the building to the right of the leftmost turbine?

    Thanks.

    John.

    Nice photo John.

I agree with the suggested crop which you tried – I also think taking a bit off the left side would be good too. A square image must be nice.

Regardless, it looks good as it is. I love how the blades look. The shutter speed you chose was perfect.

    The remind me of something:
