Winter water falls in the Comeraghs

    These were taken at Upper Mahon falls in the Comeraghs. Anny suggestions appreciated

    Hi Tony,

    the first image has the biggest potencial. People are great because they give a better idea of the place dimension.

    I think you need some more colour and contrast adjustment to get closer to real see experience.

    Another idea is to take one image with the people sharp and one with a longtime exposure for the cascade and merge them together….

    Merging the sharp pic with the long exposure sounds like a great idea. Its something i Will attempt but i reckon it will take me some time and a lot of frustration. I was trying to get the people into the photo but they are too far away to give real perspective to it. Back to the drawing board. Thanks again Madeleine

    Nice images Tony but I think maybe you need to get up early and take some images in the morning sun light.

    Thanks Dave, yes youre right morning light is the thing but its cold up there in summer not to mention January when that was taken. I suppose you have to suffer for you’re art ( not that i call mine art )
