Worth converting mirror lens from FD to Eos ?

I have an old Tokina 500mm Mirror lens with a Canon FD fitting.
I know you can get converters to allow this to work on Eos cameras, but wonder is it worth it,
or should I just stick it on ebay and sell it.I suppose that my main concern is that the quality of the lens won’t really be up to the Eos level.
However, I did have lots of fun with it on an old Canon AE1.
