Located in the basement of the Tienmu SOGO Department Store, Din Tai Fung in Hsinchu, Tawian has a large window that allows passers by view the cooks making Xiaolongbao (dumplings). Over the years various Din Tai Fung restaurants have won numerous awards including a few Michelin Stars.
