Welcome to PI Sanna ! :D

You’ll have to tell us more about that Soviet camera too :)

It’s Zenit TTL Olympic (Zenit E-series’ special model to celebrate Moscow Olympics). It is actually quite good camera for B&W-photographing. Okey, somebody might disagree, but I am happy with it. I like that camera very much, only problem is that the lightmeter uses quick-silver-batteries and suprisingly they are not very easy to find (a shopping trip to Russia might help, attemping..). I am too stupid to calibrate the camera and zinc-air-batteries are quite hard to find so results can be “interesting”.

I actually used to have Start as well, but you really don’t want to know what happened to it. Start was awesome, a bit hard to use, but results were outstanding. If somebody doesn’t know what that h*** I am talking about, more information about Start-camera can be found here: http://www.btinternet.com/~stowupland/start/index.html (okey, the site is a wee bit political, but just ignore it).

Nice to have you here, with your 40 friends
Hope to see some pictures with that old camera
