Sunrise was a bit of a non event so I tried something a little different, comments welcome as always.

Hi Dave, nice shot, Is it one shot with just a tighter crop on 2nd one, personally I like the first better, I think the horizon gives it more depth, you can appreciate how far they’re heading out to sea. Is this place close to you, if it is I’d try getting lower with the camera maybe slightly less than level. And of course at a slight angle, (or you’d just have a pic of the 1st one ) :) a mono conversion might be cool too.

DerekThanks Derek for your comments, the above are two different shots. I think maybe your right about getting lower, I was already pretty low taking these shots but I think getting lower would improve. Yes I was thinking mono also :D but kept it in colour due to the greens. No problem with a re-shoot as this location is less than 5 mins away, that said these were shot at 5.30am just before sunrise. :(
