Hi Banjo.
The image is a little small to look at in any great detail, but from what I can see it looks just a tad soft. The colours of the bird look terrific, as do the reflections and the light on the water. My only niggle really is that central composition like this can seem a little uninteresting and viewers might be tempted to only give it a cursory glance before moving on. There’s nothing to really hold the eye for very long. Of course, this is just my opinion and may not be worth a damn

Welcome the option you’ve given on it. Still in the learning curve. I had compressed the pic to upload it. Unsure how to make the picture bigger without clicking on it.
