Hi I have already posted in introductions as not sure where best to put this so thought I’d try here too, sorry for the duplication but am desperate!
I am a photography widow and am looking for inspiration for husband’s birthday. A complete photography nut, he has a Canon 20D, grip, tripod, 2 lenses (and no confidence in his ability ). I would have loved to buy him the wide-angle lens he drools at but its out of the budget!
Any bright ideas as to what I could get him? I always try but apart from club membership or the odd coffee table book i fall short each year on the photography front.

salsaHow about sneaking out one of his prints that you REALLY like. Get it printed very large (A3) and mounted/framed professionally.
Seeing his own work, hung on a wall in a really smart frame would be a great present IMO
he has some of his early stuff framed but nothing digital or recent, nice idea!
thank you!!Have one of his images printed up on a canvas – mine go to Peakimaging in Sheffield UK, but there must be similar provider in Ireland.
Or you could book him on a course / training event – look at camera manufacturers websites
Or you could buy him managed webspace to post his images to the world
