Nice light, I like the shadow to the far side-
Probably a bit too much resolution with that setup for the ladies,
though I’m not sure if a tiny bit of fill might have helped with the skin texture-
the same shadow I liked on the far side is accentuating that texture-Since this looks like a hair shot, there are some details that let it down slightly-
I think it might have been combed, or even cut better,
and the clip could have been rotated to hide the metal-Good shot though I like it-
