Thanks guys. The stitching was pretty painless really. I did it using Lightroom alone and it only took about 5 mins.
Running on a very fast laptop. Just exported the pano into photoshop to edit and tweak.
The setting were ISO3200, f2.8 and 25secs. You just need to make sure you overlap enough of each image and take enough of the sky. Used a flash lamp to light the bridge. The milky way is better shot from April to sept.
Thanks Jenny. The dof was intentional. The whole shot is about the wine bottle and not the glass. The bottle is pin sharp. I deliberately set the glass behind the bottle to blur it slightly.
Did you ever solve the problem?
I had the same problem for ages and it wasted a shed load of ink. Updated to the latest drivers and then reset the defaults from the options with the preferences window. Seems to have fixed it
