While it was never my intension to go any direction only the legal route, I can see clearly where you are coming from and how my original post could be misinterpreted. Two nice shots,

The Robin would be my preferance, nice clear image with a super background.
The blue Tit is equally as good but the background just dont work for me.

Nice shots Alan, #2 is a super strike IMO, is there a secret to getting the snow so white as mine is usually grey. :D

Thanks for the feedback men, I didn’t realise that I could get somebody else to do this for me. If that’s all it costs to do 1000 35mm negatives it certainly throws a whole new light on the subject.

Thanks for the feedback Proach, yes, It would have been nice to go further up stream a little and take in the lake, just didn’t have the right footware at the time.
