Was a very dull day with showers and dark clouds unfortunately when I went (the last week in November). Not many people were there but unfortunately the shots were a bit darker than I had hoped. Brightened them up but was afraid to go overboard on them in case they were a bit too bright. Cheers for the feedback!
Good attempt for a first try. Maybe using a polarisier on your camera would take away the glare of the water and see the rest of the frogs body under the water. Good eye though keep it up! :D
My dads Casio was used cant think of the type at the moment. Wouldve used my own camera but theres a copyright restriction on bringing digital slr’s into the venue. Practised with the settings on the support band and decided on these settings, I think it was a premade setting called “Sport” on the camera so it was fairly fast shutter speed and gave good lighting as you can see. My brother took most of these pics during the gig, we were 3 rows of people from the front so everything could be seen :)
Yea its a shame about the softness. Didnt want to edit it because i probably wouldve overdone the picture. Thanks for the comment though much appreciated!
Yea wouldve been a good idea too, the watering came on in the other areas and the camera nearly got drenched. Had to watch it carefully after that incident ha i did get an unusual misty pic might post it up in the morning so keep an eye out and let me know, thanks =]
Yea its a shame about the red alright ha i regret not checking the photo first. (Took it a while back but i think the settings were: f 5.8 aperture, 1/160 shutter speed and macro on. Oh and it was taken handheld too.) Thats really all that i can think of only started photography from around christmas and this is one of the first i took. Thanks for the comment!
2 great shots, liking the 1st one better because of the fox’s focus on the camera. Pity about the shadow but great pics none the less, very appealing : )
Yea left foreground is quite dark unfortunately, perhaps a different angle would’ve brightened the area. Thanks for the comment Snap much appreciated =]
