Paddy,
Thanks for the comments, agree on the tilting, i went a bit to far, i copped it on the preview of the camera. and correct these are behind the fence (blured grasss is a giveaway ;-)). no matter how much i beg i can not get a pass to get in front of the fence. i find it catch 22, publications want shots from inside the fence and to what you can do, i can not get inside the fence as i have no pass, can not get a pass from a publication due to no decent shots inside the fence….. and so on…..LOL
Well i am no stranger to begging so i will keep sending emails until i get a chance.
great series of shots, i have just emailed prodrift to see if i can shoot in Mondello in september, if not i will be behind the fence with all the mortals.
Hi
i prefer the D80 shots my self. i thought they looked richer!
where did these come from, i am looking to get to a bike race or rally in the near future if you fancy a shooting buddy?
OK set up items
small 5cl bottle, shot glass, black thread. light tent, black riser, studio light
Place shot glass in light tent on black gloss riser, tie black thread around the neck of the bottle, tie other end at the top of the light tent (small hoop in tent) balance bottle on glass using thread to hold the neck. Studio light to the left
thanks for the comments guys, i will let it un a little longer to reveal how, unless you can guess ;-)
BTW i prefer the second for the angle of the JD, the liquid in the glass and also the colour i think is richer.
Hi the shot is ok, i like the view point but the sharpness is lacking.
One point i will make is that my lad was on my lap while i was looking at this shot, what i did not like is the hosting site having topless women advertising porn sites. can you us a different hosting service maybe, photobucket maybe and direct link to the post
