Thanks for the tips Jenny, it’s amazing how close you can get to things whilst still keeping the whole item in the frame. I quite like the fact that the horizon (and everything else) is wonky, but take your point not best for landscape, on a regular basis anyway :o

John, think I prefer the colour version too, wish they would do something with that chimney it gets in nearly every shot round here. Lovely sky and the light is sort of lost in the B&W version.

Thanks John, I’m new to the site and am still finding my way round so hadn’t seen this. It’s been a great help, worried about that pink cast though I’m not good with PS so don’t really want to risk it.
