I bought the Fuji X100 in Conns when it came out. After a few months it suffered the infamous Sticky Aperture Blades issue. I went into Conns and they immediately offered to send it back for repair, and gave me a brand new X100 to tide me over. Apart from the after sale service I find that they really explain the benefits of every camera to prospective buyers and try to ensure that you are happy before you buy.
I don’t find them that expensive. They do sell some high end cameras, (they recently sold the M Monochrom) but they have a great selection to suit all wallets, and have some bargains in their 2nd hand section.
