Yep thats exactly how i got the idea of, i over exposed in camera but most was PS. Its always good to try something new, whats the harm realy and at least now i know that shot doesnt work. And yes added them to that flickr group
Thanks PD Barbs, i dont reali like the over exposed one, i seen a few on here and thought i would give it a go, maybe it would work better if it was cropped below the horizon
To be honest i am not sure on the difference i am sure someone will be along soon to tell you, but yes you can blend 3 images alhough masking the tree may be hard
Not sure Y no one has commented on this yet, i quite like the duotone effect, composition is good. Lovely place to visit was there for a few weeks last year
The best advise i would say is to take multiple shots- No 1 – Exposed for the sky and No 2 – exposed for the forground then simply blend then in PS
i like this alot andy, composition is nice, good sutle tones plenty of colour. the only thing i have to crit is the “halo” effect the the HDR has produced around the temple.
also i think this shot would look so m uch more natural if the railing around the temple was gone, i know you cant help that, just a thought
i quite like it, I do agree with it lacking in a bit composition but generally i think its not a bad image, have been up there myself but cant remember any good place apart from the usual “tourist” places
Hey i do like all these recent shots of your but as above i think its a good image it just suffers from i bit of a dark sky at the very top and the blown out boat
