Good shots……yep the magenta is a bit strong here too. I usually leave mine in auto as well (Yogue’s advise) its only when using flash or under very mixed lighting I would change it, u could always use a custom WB that works a treat!

It would depend on what type of work u want to do, in some ways the 1Dand the 7D are for similar purpose ie. fast moving high frame rate photography, the 5D MKII is are much slower machine in that it’s AF is not as quick, it is very accurate (centre point) and it has a slower frame rate 3.8 /sec I think…….so pick your poison, if it’s a sports camera either one of the 7or1 D is king they will of course do a good job on portraits and landscape, if it’s primarily portrait/landscape the 5D is very very nice……..
