Not sure on warranty but be prepared to pay VAT 23% and import duties on delivery. If the sender says that there will be none then chances are the excellent price is because they are refurbs/2nd hand, stolen or will go missing in the post.
I would say to hang on a bit and see if any truth to the rumour of a new Entry level Full-Frame.

Fall 2012
Once again, we hear about a new “entry level” full frame camera being added to the Canon lineup in the fall. The specs for the camera have been quite broad, which is normal when there are various prototypes out and about. Below are the most talked about specifications, and probably the closest to the actual camera.
Specifications
22mp (Same sensor as 5D3)
19 AF Points
4fps
ISO 100-51200
3″ LCD
Smaller than the 5D Mark II
More Plastic than metal in the construction
Pop-Up Flash (On at least one prototype)
$1999 USD at launch
Launched with a new non-L full frame kit lens (Undisclosed what the lens is)
Compatible with full frame STM lenses
Its a Dell Inspiron 1545, its an old model bought early 2009, what really annoys me about it is the shiny screen! :)
‘InspironTM1545 (N0254506)
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor P8400 (2.26 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, 3 MB L2 cache), Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium SP1 – English’
The SSD is ‘160GB Intel 320 Series 2.5-inch SATA SSD Solid State Disk’ from MemoryC.ie
I have only bought Dell’s through the years and there has always been problems with them, beware that their warranty only covers hardware and NOT software so if any BSOD’s you are on your own! But with the price of them being cheap I believe they are worth the punt if you are computer savvy…. or lucky! :P
One of the best things I have done to my laptop was to get a Solid State Drive, best thing since sliced bread! No over heating, quick start-up and real fast previews in Lightroom.
I am no solicitor or copyright lawyer but I doubt you would have any case with the deal site because your competitor probably told them to take what they want from their site and it would be a fair assumption that they assumed the company owned it in the first place and since they did take it down in a timely fashion when you brought it to their attention.
But if your competitor stole your image then its theft and if they are using it to make a profit however small it may be then I would say you might have a reasonable strong case. I am not sure if you would make millions over it but I would at least hope you would get ‘something’.
It sounds like a common case, maybe someone else here has been through the motions before??
Straight away I would say take screen shots of the images to have a record, to include date and time.
I would mention in the email that compensation is accrewing by the hour, also if the page has a ‘hit counter’ take note of how many people have viewed it too.
