Work away Dave – that shot is there for the taking on a clear night but if you do go there in frosty weather make sure you wrap up warm. The best of luck and I look forward to seeing your shot.
Thank you for your reply Damian. I usually store it in my camera bag in my dining room. I think I had it cleaned about two years ago but its not a camera that I would be using a lot. However, I still like to dig it out on rare occasions.
I will get the sensor cleaned in Limerick and just let who is doing it what the issue is. I had never thought of fungus but it could be it too.
Thanks for the reply Damien, not sure if I can show the end result as this venue is for counselling I have to assure confidentiality. From my research ok I know I will have to bracket shots. I must have a look at some of the work here ok. So thanks for all your help it is much appreciated.
Wow Pat that is amazing well done and congratulations. Thomas, not started yet but the builders were here on Tuesday to measure and give me a price, as I also need to have my kitchen gutted as well and have been looking at kitchens. Both will be a big project – so it all depends on my local credit union so fingers crossed. I will let you know when (or if) I get the green light. Fingers crossed :)
Thanks for that Pat, I am lucky in that the ceiling space would be very high so that is a plus. I have to get electricity installed so was thinking of getting a little storage heater installed as well for when I would have models/clients in. I am really looking forward to setting it up. Lots of work to be done but Rome wasn’t built in a day. Happy New Year Pat.
ok don’t be too discouraged. I am not mad about the black and white conversions but am looking at the images as a past bride myself and a newbie photographer. I would look at your editing for B&W – it is a tad too harsh but if you shot in RAW then you can go back again and re-edit as in No.3 image parts of the image are blown out.
It was your first wedding and as PhotoSligo said wedding photography is not easy. Can you look at your images again and perhaps ask for help with the editing? But well done on going out there and doing your first wedding, its all down to experience and we all have to start somewhere.
Ohh the red eyes is traffic. A main road is behind our house. I suppose I was a bit heavy with the lighting and was too close but it was fun. Thanks for your comments RAS.
