Thanks again.. Strangely tho.. the people who built the camera are not able to give me any propper instructions as to how to sort the problem. I am keeping the conversation going with them at the moment as i find it all very amusing This is the most recent message I have had from “camera Suport”

There are 4 settings in the field of view menu and you need the one’s without the arrow pointing down. I too missed this and I am working on getting this made clearer.

Please see the link below to see the very slight difference in the pictures.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to help you further.

Let me know if you had any success with the “link”.. Regards John

Thanks Mark.. Iv been there. There are only 2 settings in this option, neither of which will orientate the picture correctly. A rep from Olympus has told me that there are actually 4. but f****d if I can find them. (What insane teki decided that it would be a good idea to even create an option like this)… Thanks again… J

Having a website is a good start and does not cost the earth. I have a website since 2000 and it has been great for showcasing work and getting bookings. However, in the past 18 months it began to die and I found it had fallen off
nearly all of the search engines. This was due to the way it was built and the way it was “marketed” towards the
search engines. I am now almost through in finishing a re-build, re-hosting and adding a few new addresses.
Currently I have http://www.gerrycostello.com and the re-built site will be http://www.gerrycostello.ie. I will repoint the http://www.gerrycostello.com at that and also point http://www.gerrycostello.co.uk also. But the most important part will be getting priority and high status listings on the better search engines……………….fingers crossed, I’ll probably be up and running by next week I hope.

However, getting back, you should consider a website and get traffic going through it.

Good advice, best of luck with the new site, looking forward to having a look in. have a look at mine and let me know what you think, Its just a month old now so any comments will help to improve it….
    My site address is http://www.johndoylephotography.com
    Good luck[/b]

Yours thoughts please! I sell my work to friends and family but I would love to try and market it to the public. I have no means of displaying work and I do not have my own site. For the people who have their own site: do you think its the best way to market your work or would you rather have somewhere to show it off????

It always good to have your own site, If you google PHOTIUM you can have a site on line in a few hours. Craft shops and cafe`s are always a good place to approach about selling your work[/b]
