To be honest with you, I think it would be ruined if there’s someone seating in it. As a shot itself I think it’s the absence of someone that makes it great.

Well basicall there will be an initial cleaning up of blemishs and the sort and under the eyes…few liquify points and some bleaching of the skin, some sharpening and the bobs your uncle…

Yup just the one light. Small softbox camera right at 45 degrees down. More than likely off my head being ISO100, 1/125th at f/8

Well I know on my 580 EX II you can go to the custom settings on the actual flash (not camera body) and change the FEB settings. (under C.Fn-03 annd -04)

Ironically enough I have to get some batteries tomorrow. I’m thinking to get those Duracell rechargeable ones (with the quick chargers) in Argos? Anyone have any other recommendations? J

Brian have you looked under the custom functions on your Canon to see if you can turn off the AEB?

You could perhaps get two Bowens transmitters? I’ve shot previously with them connected to my 580.

It’s a nice shot! I think though would be more effective as a black and white though with a tighter crop?

Normally I REALLY REALLY don’t like HDR, but this works. Only thing though that I would have liked is the trees sharper and they don’t have that slight ‘blur’ as such?

Hi there.

I like the first shot. Nice overall tones and looks like a nice genuine smile/moment. Just for me when I scrolled down to the second shot it just looked a bit like a copy of the first shot and so therefore diluted the first for me. I think if it was just the first shot by itself that would have been great, just the second shot takes that “moment” away from me abit.
