Also look at filter stepup rings. This will allow you, to buy a larger screw in filter, but use on a variety of lens with different lens diameters.

Before going and getting the sensor professional cleaned (or doing it yourself), lock the mirror up, then holding the camera downwards give it a few blows with a good rocket blower. Many times, this is enough and no need to directly clean the sensor (wet or dry method).
