Don’t know if this goes without saying, but shoot everything in RAW format. I know we all take Shutter Speed, ISO, Apatures, etc into account on the day – but one can’t beat the invaluable adjustment facilities of RAW files – just in case there’s one shot which could be that little bit better….!!
