Hi Andy and Thanks for your constructive views. I tend to agree with you. To be honest Its all down to experimentation with me, as I mainly am a sports tog, and landscapes etc are relatively new to me. As for the lopsided pic, theres a funny story behind that…..I was under the Foyle Bridge, my tripod was buried under a mountain of stuff in my boot, so I spotted a nice wooden post about a foot from the rail track. As I was about to take the pic I hear a loud horn and about 100ft away was a translink train coming my way. Pic was taken, I scamperred into the car , and drove off last seen in a cloud of dust.
Thanks for the kind remarks folks. The day I took this shot I was against time weather wise and the odd tourist, I took about 30 shots in 10 minutes, the usual outside shots a few of the entrance and then a few of inside from various angles. The one you see was the one I personally like, in Colour it just didnt do it for me, so after a bit of work, I liked the look it has now.
On another note, this was to be part of a selection for a multinational’s corporate office/s that I was asked to do. Amazingly they chose the outside pic of Grainan, which just looks like every other outside pic of Grainan.
Hi Paul:
No he would have known his flash was on. I couldnt believe it myself. I would say 6ft max away from the players.I dont want to make the agency or person in public so I wont mention on here who the agency was, but there pics where in a national yesterday!
