    If you are looking a good Macro lens on a budget then go for the Tamron 90mm Macro lens. Gets as good reviews as the Canon 100mm Macro but a lot less money !!

    Thanks guys for your views. I have given myself a budget of £3000 in total to change over to a Canon camera and some lenses and flash. I would normally shoot portrait and landscape but looking to try other things. Might go for the 7d and then budget on the lenses (secondhand) to get what i want. My thoughts on going for the canon 18-200 was that i currently use the Tamron 18-250 and find it a good every day use lens for landscape and portraits. Will have to do more research on the lenses.

    Thanks for your views. I have the Tamron 18-250mm lens which i use most of the time. Good versatile lens for everday use
