actually like the second image , the blur gives movement but paul on the button with the auto focus on the first,
top marks for first effort,
i always use manual or with fast moving side line duties, single, centre point auto.
it is an art and the more nervous you are about “their’/ YOUR big day the better you will preform.
but it is not impossible.
two SLR’s , (Borrow a back up if you havnt got one) have a location visit the day before and sort out your settings and write down image ideas and your half way there.
even though im not fond of too much posing
the first pic is very strong and i like the edit work
rest good but the last one the broken background takes away from it
look at ur 2nd image. well composed well lit and a guy with movement, everything for a great composition
