Thanks for setting up the link, I was able to post before, I think it was down to using a particular web browser, not sure. I’ve been working with the reds for many years now and they come very close so it’s hard not to get a good image of them but some images can be a little repetitive. You have to get a decent clearing deep in the forest for the light to get even half right,
Great image Mike, I’d go colour too, if you’re trying it again and the sky is the same but you’re a little more leaves try infra red, the sky turn black and the leaves turn white, you might have to zoom in a little.
Not sure I like the main point of interest being central in the image, the new path and old building I dont think work well together, I’d of cropped this one with the building top left and take the path out completely, IMO, nicely exposed all the same.
Hi Mick, Tex I think is right about the sky and is also right about a well exposed image, converting it was a great idea, the moody sky works really well, nice one, Paul :D
Hi Macui1, a nice set of images there, pin sharp and all nice catches, is there a small colour cast coming through, could be my laptop screen, if you’ve just put in a new prop perhaps dress it a little with moss to make it look old and like one you may see in the forest, IMO mind ya, keep it up :D
Great image, love this time of year when the bluebells are out but they are hard to shoot, you’ve done well here though, framing is nicely put together.
